The Cakap Group is inviting an experienced and passionate Recruitment Manager to be part of our growing team in Canggu, Bali. You will play a crucial role in building a strong workforce that supports our continued growth in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition process, ensuring timely and effective placement for all departments
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using various platforms and networks to attract exceptional hospitality talent
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment plans
  • Manage candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive process
  • Maintain and update the talent database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information
  • Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Lead initiatives that promote employer branding and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice
  • Provide training and support to the recruitment team, helping them build stronger professional capabilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within hotels, resorts, or F&B groups
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends and current recruitment best practices
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and retain top talent at all organizational levels
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Leadership mindset — able to inspire and guide team members toward shared goals
  • Confident using digital tools and social media for sourcing and employer branding
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
