We are supporting our client, a rapidly growing company in the healthcare solutions and services industry, in hiring a Commercial Executive to strengthen their business development efforts and corporate partnership expansion. This role is suited for a commercial professional with solid B2B experience and a strong network within corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and secure new corporate accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

  • Build, manage, and convert a robust commercial pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to corporate client needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and service delivery.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to uncover new commercial opportunities.

  • Utilize existing networks to open doors and strengthen long-term corporate partnerships.

  • Prepare proposals, commercial presentations, and business reports to support engagement and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B commercial or sales experience, ideally within healthcare, laboratory services, or insurance/insurtech.

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing corporate accounts.

  • Established professional network and strong personal credibility in the corporate landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and target-driven mindset.

  • Basic English proficiency for communication and reporting.
