Our client is an international leader in the food manufacturing industry with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. They are looking for a Commercial Planning Analyst to support reporting and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and track key operational and business metrics.
  • Analyse trends, performance data, and processes to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support process improvements, reporting, and cross-team initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management to guide decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, planning, or operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and coordinate across teams.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.
