About your role

As a Commercial Marketing Executive, you play a key role in driving brand growth, executing marketing strategies, and supporting commercial excellence in Indonesia.

Compensation and Benefits:

What You'll Do
- Lead NPD Projects: Manage end-to-end new product development and launches in collaboration with regional and local teams.
- Artwork & Compliance: Oversee packaging and promotional artwork, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Budget & PO Management: Monitor marketing spend and manage purchase orders effectively.
- Trade Marketing Execution: Plan and implement impactful campaigns across on-ground and e-commerce channels.
- E-Commerce Sales: Develop strategies to boost online sales and optimize performance with partners.
- Modern Trade Account Support: Assist in managing key accounts to strengthen relationships and drive visibility.
- Sales Productivity: Track and improve performance in exclusive sales channels.

What You need to be successful
- Education & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Commerce.
- 2–3 years of brand/product management experience in FMCG.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and digital marketing knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attributes:
- Independent yet collaborative team player.
- Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
- Proactive with strong initiative.
