Role Description

We are seeking a
Commercial Division Head
to lead the commercial operations of our specialized surgical hospital in South Jakarta. This role is crucial for driving business growth, increasing market share, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the hospital. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic commercial plans, overseeing key departments like sales and marketing, and building strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and manage the commercial budget to achieve revenue targets. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in a commercial leadership role within the healthcare or hospital sector. Experience in a specialized surgical or private hospital is a significant advantage.
  • Strong business development skills with a history of successful revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of building and managing a high-performing team.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare market in Jakarta, including relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and government regulations.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
