The Role

We seek a strategic Finance & Accounting Division Head to lead financial operations reporting directly to the CEO. This role oversees all financial management, accounting, procurement, and strategy for our growing business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial operations
  • Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasting to support business growth
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and audit management
  • Manage team of 7 staff (AR, AP, Admin, Purchasing team)
  • Establish KPIs, SOPs, and internal controls for the finance division
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and profitability
  • Drive process improvements and financial system implementation
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support CEO decision-making

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 8-10 years in finance/accounting with 3-5 years in leadership roles
  • Agency or project-based business background highly advantageous
  • Tax management background highly preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Expert in Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Project-based costing and revenue recognition experience

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker with business acumen
  • Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • High integrity and ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
