Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods industry is a strong
  • Strong expertise in financial controlling, budgeting, and cost efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical skills and communication ability to deliver strategic recommendations to management.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Jobs Descriptions:

Financial Controlling & Strategy

  • Develop, monitor, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and relevance for business decision-making.
  • Control cost structure, margins, and cash flow to drive a healthier revenue-to-profit ratio.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the BOD regarding pricing optimization, cost structure, and operational efficiency.
  • Build & maintain KPI systems and financial dashboards to monitor financial performance in real time.
  • Act as a business partner across divisions to evaluate project feasibility, ROl, and budget allocation.

Accounting & Compliance

  • Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial consolidation.
  • Maintain strong internal control systems to minimize risks of fraud and error.
  • Perform internal due diligence to identify potential risks, ensure compliance, and strengthen financial governance.

Tax Management

  • Ensure timely and compliant fulfillment of all tax obligations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Execute efficient tax planning while adhering to regulatory frameworks.
  • Act as the primary liaison with tax consultants and tax authorities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and manage the Finance, Accounting, and Tax team to drive high performance and capability development.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and efficiency within the finance
  • Design organizational structure and talent development strategies within the Finance team.
