We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Head of Finance and Accounting
to lead financial planning, accounting operations, and performance management. The role is responsible for driving a robust financial strategy, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective budgeting to support sustainable growth and decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company's financial and budgeting strategies to support organizational goals.
  • Lead the financial closing and reporting process to ensure alignment with Holding Company objectives and long-term financial strategy.
  • Manage financial operations, including accounting, cash flow, and reporting, in compliance with PSAK and fiscal regulations.
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of financial activities, fostering accuracy, compliance, and transparency across all transactions.
  • Monitor business performance and financial health, identify potential risks, and develop strategic mitigation plans to support continued growth.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management to guide decision-making.
  • Lead coordination and communication with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to drive high performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
  • Brevet A & B certification required; CPA is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Odoo or similar accounting systems; solid knowledge of PSAK and taxation.
