Position Overview

Lead overall operations and strategic management of the Apple Developer Academy Institute, overseeing facilities, recruitment, fiscal management, and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities

General Management

  • Oversee all facets of Institute operations and ensure organizational success
  • Present Institute capabilities and activities to incoming officials and stakeholders
  • Manage fiscal operations including budget allocation, equipment/supplies procurement, and cost optimization
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
  • Report center performance through presentations and documentation to stakeholders

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Lead recruitment of incoming student cohorts from Apple Developer Academy
  • Collaborate with Academy recruitment and Alumni teams
  • Recruit Developers and Support staff based on project demand or attrition
  • Manage, train, and provide leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Conduct regular staff evaluations to assess skill sets and identify development needs

Facilities Management

  • Coordinate with Apple Facilities to ensure safe work environment
  • Plan and execute special events
  • Maintain well-functioning facilities and infrastructure
  • Allocate work locations for team members

Requirements

  • 2+ years in operations or center management
  • Strong fiscal and budget management experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Experience in recruitment and staff development

  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
