We are seeking a Facility Manager with extensive experience overseeing mission-critical data center environments. This position involves leading the operations, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of data center facilities to maintain operational excellence and high availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the data center facility, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP).
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals and consultants to maintain operational reliability and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Support data center project development, from design through commissioning.
  • Propose and implement energy-efficient solutions to improve operational sustainability.
  • Conduct site visits, system audits, and participate in root-cause analyses for incident response.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor
    's degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data center facility management
    or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire, and control systems in data center environments.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in energy-efficiency initiatives for data centers.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willing to travel to data center sites across Indonesia.
