We are hiring for FACILITY MANAGER for our client in Data Center:

Location: Purwakarta

Employment Type: Permanent / Full On Site

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly growing data center provider, is seeking a highly skilled
Facility Manager – Data Center
to oversee the operational reliability, safety, and efficiency of a mission-critical facility. The ideal candidate has strong experience in
MEP systems
, data center operations, vendor management, and leading engineering teams to ensure high availability and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of all
    critical infrastructure systems
    , including electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire safety, physical security, and BMS/DCIM monitoring.
  • Ensure
    99.99% uptime
    by implementing effective preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
  • Develop, review, and enforce
    SOPs, MOPs, EOPs,
    and work instructions for all critical activities.
  • Manage and supervise engineering teams, including performance evaluation, training, and shift scheduling.
  • Oversee vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with
    SLA/KPI agreements
    and quality standards.
  • Conduct
    incident response
    , troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve overall reliability.
  • Manage capacity planning for
    power, cooling, and space
    to support operational growth.
  • Ensure facility compliance with
    ISO, HSE, and Tier
    standards.
  • Lead or support data center
    construction, expansion, and commissioning projects
    .
  • Monitor operational budgets and support
    energy efficiency initiatives
    and OPEX optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
    , or related field.
  • Minimum
    7–10 years
    of experience in data center or critical facilities environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    MEP systems
    , UPS, gensets, CRAC/CRAH, chillers, fire protection systems, and LV/MV electrical panels.
  • Experienced in managing
    BMS/DCIM
    and monitoring platforms.
  • Proven experience leading an engineering team in a mission-critical environment.
  • Strong vendor management and experience enforcing
    SLA/KPI
    performance.
  • Familiarity with
    Tier III/Tier IV
    standards, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or similar certifications.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and work under pressure.

Preferred Certifications (Plus Points)

  • CDCP, CDCS, CDCE
  • ISO Internal Auditor (9001/14001/45001/27001)
  • HSE/SMK3 Certification
  • Fire Safety or First Aid Certification
