About the role

Join our team at Lago Bali' as a Venue Manager. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stunning location in Lembongan, Bali. Your strategic leadership and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of the venue's operations, including staffing, event planning, and budget oversight
  2. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored experiences
  3. Ensure the venue and facilities are maintained to the highest standards
  4. Oversee the recruitment, training and management of the venue team
  5. Monitor and report on venue performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  6. Foster a positive, customer-centric culture within the venue

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar venue management or hospitality role
  2. Proven track record of successful event planning and client relationship management
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  4. Strong commercial acumen and budget management capabilities
  5. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills
