  • Configure and test devices prior to installation.
  • Handle technical complaints and perform troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
  • Coordinate with the field technician team.
  • Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in GPS Tracking/IoT/technical support (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of GPS systems, communication networks (GSM/GPRS/4G), and device troubleshooting.
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and supporting applications.
  • Willing to work in the field; having a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
