Responsibilities:
- Provide training to clients on GPS devices and applications.
- Configure and test devices prior to installation.
- Handle technical complaints and perform troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
- Coordinate with the field technician team.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in GPS Tracking/IoT/technical support (preferred).
- Strong understanding of GPS systems, communication networks (GSM/GPRS/4G), and device troubleshooting.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer use and supporting applications.
- Willing to work in the field; having a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
Range Salary: Rp Rp Depending on Experience)
