Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily technical issues related to internal applications and operational systems.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application, database, and business process errors.
  • Execute SQL queries for data checks and issue investigation.
  • Collaborate with Product, IT, and Operations teams to resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation using Notion, Jira, or ticketing tools.
  • Perform API endpoint testing using Postman.
  • Provide technical support to internal users and coordinate system enhancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL queries (SQL Server & PostgreSQL).
  • Experienced in managing technical documentation using Notion, Jira, or ticketing systems.
  • Able to perform API testing with Postman.
  • Experience in the financial services or financing industry.
  • Familiarity with Confins software is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
