Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical engineering, Automation, electronic information, Mechatronics or related fields.
- More than 3 years of on-site installation, commissioning, testing or after-sales technical support experience for hardware products.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience in smart meters, charging piles, Internet of Things terminals, energy equipment, etc. are preferred.
- Those with experience in participating in bidding projects and writing technical documents will be given priority.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, and excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills
Jobdesc :
- Be responsible for the installation guidance, system debugging, functional testing and acceptance of the company's energy metering products (electricity meters, water meters, gas meters) and new energy storage products (industrial and commercial energy storage, smart microgrids, charging piles).
- Quickly diagnose and solve various technical faults that occur during the on-site operation of the product.
- Assist the R&D or quality department in conducting on-site application tests of engineering prototypes of new products and collecting feedback data.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing technical demonstration materials and provide professional support for technical defense during the bidding process.
