Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), with basic conversational ability in Mandarin
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or as a product specialist.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent data processing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Detail oriented and capable of handling/managing high volumes of data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both local and international settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage daily merchandising activities, including product data accuracy, stock movement, and catalog updates
  • Monitor and analyze stock movement, identify slow moving and fast-moving items, and develop action plans
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of product reports (ready stock & indent) for management and principals.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate stock levels and product availability.
  • Maintain strong communication with principals on product updates, changes, and promotional support.
