About the role

This is a full-time opportunity to join PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia as an Assistant Manager Merchandise Electric Cigarettes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the electric cigarettes merchandise category, contributing to the strategic direction and performance of this key product segment. The role is based in Jakarta.

Responsibility:

  1. Analyze daily and weekly performance of sales, profit, stock, promotions, and shrinkage.
  2. Develop and execute action plans to improve sales and profit.
  3. Conduct sourcing and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive products and pricing.
  4. Ensure stock availability, product quality, and completeness across all stores in accordance with standards.
  5. Implement promotional programs according to the schedule set by Marketing or supervisors.
  6. Prepare purchase reports, supplier income reports, and supporting data for management decision-making.
  7. Coordinate across departments regarding product requirements, promotions, and goods distribution.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a retail merchandising or buyer role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market data and trends
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities to influence key decision makers
  5. Commercial acumen and a track record of delivering category/business performance targets
  6. Proven team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop direct report.
