Requirements:

  • Minimal education in SMK/SMU.
  • At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in leading a team within the Retail industry ; background in Fashion Retail industry is preferred.
  • Experienced as a Store Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/General from Fashion Retail industry,
  • Proven record of leadership skills.
  • Good communication and good sales analytical skills.
  • Good team player and able to work with a target.
  • Good English (verbal & written) is a must.
  • Willing to work in shifting hour and weekend / public holiday.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Surabaya or Bali area.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Ensure shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures.
  • Solve and manage customer issue as they arise and thrive for customer satisfaction.
