Job Description:

  • Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
  • Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory, conduct regular stock-taking, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with Head Office on promotional activities, store events, and sales reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Supervisor or 1 year as a Store Manager in fashion is a must.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and excellent in communication.
  • Good understanding of store operations and sales reporting.
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Will be placed at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
