Qualifications :

  • Min 35 Years Old.
  • Min Bachelor degree from any major.
  • At Least 3 years of working experience in retail industry especially in electronic industry.
  • Preferably have experience as an Store Manager in top retail company.
  • Fluent in English (active) , Mandarin is a plus
  • Have a good interpersonal skills, communication skills, strong target driven & hard worker.
  • Willing to work shifts including weekends & public holiday.
  • Willing to be placed anywhere.

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive store performance and achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of store staff, providing coaching and guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment. Set clear expectations and performance goals to drive excellence in customer service and sales.
  • Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the store.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Increase repurchase rate through user operation.
  • Manage store budgets and expenses to maximize profitability. Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and collaborate with other partners.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Planner to conduct Event/Campaign, and other store Branding activities.
