What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of a regional area of retail stores
  2. Ensure effective staffing, training and performance management of store teams
  3. Monitor store-level compliance with operational standards, policies and procedures
  4. Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the rollout of new initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in management role within the retail or consumer products industry (min. 2 years experience)
  2. Minimum bachelor degree graduate from any major
  3. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing store teams
  4. Strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills to drive business performance
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  6. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  7. Willing to be placed at Jabodetabek Area (or other location)
