Currently our client who is a well established brand in the E-Commerce Industry is looking for Store Expansion Supervisor as descripted below:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Lead, train, and mentor store employees to improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards to drive sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service efficiently.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, expenses, and profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Build strong relationships with local customers, businesses, and suppliers to drive store traffic.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in home appliances or phone accessories.
  • Great proficiency in English
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and develop action plans.
  • Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
