Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

Job Description

  • Research and analyze potential markets and locations for new store openings
  • Assess potential sites for new stores based on customer traffic, local demographics, competition, and other important factors
  • Maintain relationships and negotiate with landlords, property owners, and agents to get the best lease terms.
  • Manage all aspects of opening new stores, working with internal teams (such as finance, construction, sales, etc.) and external vendors (consultants, contractors, etc.)
  • Work with senior management to develop and implement expansion strategy
  • Ensure new locations meet all local regulations, zoning laws, and company standards

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Retail Management, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in similar role within the retail sector, with successful track record of opening new stores
  • Strong understanding of the retail market, site selection, and property negotiations
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
