Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, manage a team, and ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include mentoring and training retail staff, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring inventory and merchandising standards are met, and addressing customer needs promptly. The role also requires collaboration with other team members to drive sales and achieve store goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively
  • Proficiency in Retail Operations and store management, with a focus on ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company policies
  • Comprehensive Product Knowledge of gadgets and IoT offerings to assist both customers and team members
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and build customer loyalty
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and solve problems efficiently
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the retail industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
