About the Role

Handle Finance, Accounting, Tax. Has experience working at Korean company (manufacture). Experience in start-up company (understand how to setup from scratch).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements).
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Lead account reconciliations and financial analyses to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, processes, and reporting structures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Direct the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders (overseas).
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and recommend financial system enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), regulatory requirements, and international reporting frameworks.
  • Lead and manage the financial accounting structure and team, ensuring best practices in financial management.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, with leadership experience in a senior finance role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies, systems, and processes.
  • Strong expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), IFRS, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Experience handling quarterly financial reporting for international stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Korean companies or familiarity with Korean business practices.
  • Korean language skills are a plus.
