Job Description:

· Liaise with auditors during audit processes and ensure timely submission of financial data.

·  Perform ad hoc analysis to support senior management decision-making.

·  Maintain and update financial models for forecasting and budgeting.

·  Ensure compliance with tax regulations and support basic tax analysis as needed.

·  Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards to communicate financial results.

·  Support the preparation and review of company-wide Profit & Loss statements.

·  Assist in the development of the Annual Report for the Tbk entity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a reputable international or national university.
  • Preferably has experience working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) or consulting firms.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, audit, consulting, or related financial roles.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, and basic tax principles.
  • Experience in preparing management reports, business reviews, or interacting with external auditors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
