We're Hiring: Senior Financial Planning & Analyst Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning & Analyst Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making across all business units.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct quantitative financial analysis to define and assess the company's financial situation.
  • Evaluate multiple business plans by analyzing expected outcomes and potential returns.
  • Build and maintain robust financial databases from SAP, Accurate and Business Planning and Consolidation systems.
  • Prepare, analyze, and explain financial reports using Business Warehouse - Order Load and Billing System and Business Planning and Consolidation reporting tools.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) — revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capex — highlighting trends and variances.
  • Lead and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and operating planning process.
  • Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support board-level presentations and business strategy reviews.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial data management processes.
  • Develop and improve business process tools and performance dashboards.
  • Analyze trade and marketing investment effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a retail, FMCG, or multinational environment.

- Strong knowledge of SAP, Accurate, and advanced Excel or financial modeling tools.

- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
