  2. Minimum D3/S1, GPA ≥ 3.25
  3. Minimum 2 years experience and good knowledge in Accounting and Tax
  4. Advance in Microsoft (Excel, Word)
  5. Good organizational and analytical skills
  6. Able to work in a team
  7. Fluent in English (Speaking or Writing)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  1. Managing daily Accounting operations, monthly closing not limited to reporting.
  2. Ensure monthly and year end closing as required
  3. Ensure bank reconciliation, and intercompany transaction
  4. Ensure Journal entries and do necessary adjustment, not limited to maintain all general ledger required
  5. Ensure all draft financial report submitted timely (Profit and Loss (P&L), and also Balance sheet)
  6. Ensure all the fixed asset reporting (insurance, amortization, and disposal accordingly)
  7. Ensure filling and supporting documentation for all financial transactions and legal information are secured and not limited to compliances as per company policy.
  8. Ensure the annual audit and management meeting as required
  9. Willing to be placed in Tendean, South Jakarta
  10. Report monthly, annual taxes (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, VAT etc) and tax reconciliation
  11. Willing to travel
