Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions in the general journal (using Jurnal Apps).

  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy against the general ledger.

  • Prepare financial reports, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

  • Manage operational administrative tasks, including attendance recap and related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.

  • Strong attention to detail, fast learner, and able to manage time efficiently.

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) or similar spreadsheet tools.

  • Experience using accounting software (preferably Jurnal Apps).
