Senior Finance Officer

Location: Indonesia (supporting Indonesia & Thailand)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Officer to manage financial operations across Indonesia and Thailand. This is a key individual contributor role, suitable for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day finance operations for Indonesia and Thailand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report monthly P&L statements, financial forecasts, and budgeting for multi-country operations.
  • Drive month-end closing processes and monitor financial performance across both markets.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and financial workflows specific to consulting businesses (e.g., placement fees, international clients, cross-border invoicing).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (auditors, tax consultants, banks) in both countries.
  • Ensure proper financial controls, documentation, and adherence to company policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and enhance financial efficiency.
  • Collaborate with regional finance while operating as an individual contributor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Preferably from has experience in a agency, headhunting firm, or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience handling finance for multiple countries (Indonesia & Thailand preferred).
  • Strong exposure to P&L management, reporting, and financial analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
