Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Jakarta. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage daily accounting operations, reconcile accounts. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, processing payroll, and handling tax filings. The Senior Accountant will also provide recommendations to improve financial processes and ensure accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and bookkeeping
  • Experience with financial software Xero, general ledger management, and account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in tax preparation, compliance, and handling regulatory audits
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role
  • Experience in the photography, creative, or technology industries is an advantage
