Sales Team Lead – B2B

Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries. We are looking for a hands-on Sales Team Lead (B2B Hunter) to drive new business acquisition while leading and developing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, active involvement in selling, and the ability to coach the team to consistently achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development (Hunter Focus)
- Actively acquire new B2B clients through cold calls, cold visits, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong new business pipeline
- Personally contribute to sales targets, especially during the initial period
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with corporate clients
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor daily activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Provide regular coaching on prospecting, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Support team members during key negotiations and closing stages
Strategy & Execution
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate assigned territories and industries
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter role
- At least 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team
- Proven track record in new client acquisition and target achievement
- Strong experience in cold approach, prospecting, and closing
- Comfortable with a hands-on selling role, not account maintenance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in fleet management, telematics, SaaS, leasing, or related industries is a plus
