About the role

We are seeking a talented B2B Sales Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT SAINT JAMES TABLEWARE'. This is a contract role based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. In this strategic position, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our key business customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with target customers
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase our client base
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams to support customer needs
  • Providing detailed sales reports and performance analysis to the leadership team

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the Penjualan / Manajemen Akun & Relasi industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and using sales metrics to drive business decisions
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
