E-commerce & B2B Sales (Singapore Market) - Jakarta Based

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Having experience working with Singapore market would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with online marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and POS systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with basic analytical skills.
  • Fluent communication in English is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplace, social media shop).
  • Upload and update product information, pricing, and promotions on digital platforms.
  • Process online orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery, and follow up with customers.
  • Monitor stock levels for both online and offline sales channels and report discrepancies.
  • Support retail store operations (merchandising, cashier, customer service, product display).
  • Assist in preparing and executing e-commerce and retail promotions or campaigns.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support through online and offline channels.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for e-commerce and B2B activities.
  • Identify potential B2B prospects and maintain updated client databases.
  • Support communication with existing corporate and business clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecast data, and documentation for management.
