Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Strategic Seller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing strategic sales and operational seller centers across leading e-commerce platforms and demonstrate strong advertising capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales and Marketing strategy in e-commerce/web-commerce to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Strategically manage seller centers and website back end operation.
  • Handle chat inquiries from customers in overseas e-commerce with English written.
  • Handle end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listing, inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfilment.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce advertising campaigns, including Iklanku and TopAds, to enhance product visibility and boost sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for expansion into new platforms, with a focus on Zalora as a potential growth avenue..
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, advertising effectiveness, and operational efficiencies.
  • Communicate effectively in both Bahasa and English with local and international stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing strategic sales and operational seller centers on Shopee and Tokopedia.
  • Experience in handling Zalora is a strong advantage.
  • Experience handling clients or customer relations.
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce advertising, specifically with Iklanku and TopAds.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and analytical skills..
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and work effectively in ambiguous settings.
