Vacure:treat adalah merek skincare asal Korea Selatan yang berada di segmen menengah–atas, dengan fokus pada efektivitas perawatan dan pendekatan berbasis ilmu pengetahuan kulit.

Seiring dengan ekspansi bisnis di Indonesia, Vacure:treat mencari E-Commerce Staff yang akan berperan penting dalam pengelolaan operasional penjualan online serta pertumbuhan kanal e-commerce perusahaan.

Tujuan Posisi

Mengelola dan mengoptimalkan operasional harian kanal e-commerce Vacure:treat agar berjalan efektif, akurat, dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan penjualan serta kepuasan pelanggan.

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab langsung atas pengelolaan toko resmi Vacure:treat di berbagai platform marketplace.

Tanggung Jawab Utama1. Pengelolaan Operasional E-Commerce

Mengelola operasional harian toko online di platform marketplace, termasuk:

  • Shopee
  • Tokopedia
  • TikTok Shop

Memastikan seluruh proses berjalan lancar mulai dari pemesanan hingga pengiriman.

2. Manajemen Produk & Konten

Melakukan:

  • Upload produk baru (foto, deskripsi, harga, varian, dan stok)
  • Update harga, stok, dan informasi produk secara berkala
  • Penyesuaian konten sesuai campaign dan strategi pemasaran

Memastikan tampilan toko selalu akurat, menarik, dan sesuai standar brand.

3. Monitoring Penjualan & Stok

Memantau:

  • Performa penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
  • Ketersediaan stok dan potensi kehabisan barang
  • Produk best seller dan slow moving

Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait perencanaan stok dan replenishment.

4. Campaign & Aktivitas Promosi

Mendukung dan mengelola:

  • Campaign marketplace (flash sale, payday, double date, dll.)
  • Promo, diskon, bundling, dan voucher
  • Aktivitas promosi harian dan bulanan

Berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing terkait strategi promosi dan eksekusi campaign.

5. Customer Service & Order Management

Menangani:

  • Chat pelanggan
  • Pertanyaan produk
  • Komplain, retur, dan refund

Memastikan respon yang cepat, profesional, dan sesuai standar pelayanan perusahaan.

6. Pelaporan & Analisis

Menyusun laporan berkala terkait:

  • Penjualan
  • Campaign performance
  • Stok dan operasional

Memberikan insight sederhana untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan tim.

Kualifikasi KandidatWajib

  • Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai E-Commerce Staff atau posisi serupa
  • Menguasai platform Shopee, Tokopedia, dan TikTok Shop
  • Memahami alur upload produk, campaign, promo, dan order fulfillment
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal
  • Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris aktif (lisan dan tulisan)
  • Teliti, bertanggung jawab, dan detail-oriented

Diutamakan

  • Pengalaman di industri kosmetik, skincare, FMCG, atau beauty
  • Memahami dashboard seller dan fitur promosi marketplace
  • Memiliki pemahaman dasar analisis penjualan e-commerce
