Position Description

Responsible for driving corporate market growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's footprint within the Indonesian business ecosystem in education market. This role requires strong relationship-building abilities, market insight, and experience managing B2B pipelines from lead generation to contract closing. The manager will serve as the key bridge between corporate clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact, measurable results.

Location : On-Site Metavity Edutech Indonesia in Jakarta

Working Condition : Full-Time Monday to Friday (9AM to 5PM)

Requirement

  • Min. bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Adm., Communications or a related field
  • Min. over 5 years marketing experience in Indonesia (preferably in B2B marketing or business development)
  • Must be fluent in Indonesia (fluency in English is preferred)
  • Have strong communication skill with Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Proven track record in lead generation, corporate sales, and partnership development in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with company goals to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events, social media, etc.) targeting business audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with potential corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and key insights.
  • Manage brand positioning and communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all B2B channels.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance using KPIs and ROI-driven analytics.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, sales funnels, and lead generation activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates relevant to the industry.
