PT GIK
is expanding its management team and looking for experienced professionals to join our growing operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall daily operations of a large-scale production center, leading a team of over 500 personnel.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders in compliance with quality standards.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including safety, quality, and cost.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to optimize processes and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in production management within large-scale manufacturing industries, with a proven track record of leading teams of over 500 people.
  • Expertise in Lean Production with a demonstrated history of improving efficiency and cost control.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach and commitment to growing together with the company.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
