Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Reporting Assistant Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The individual will oversee the preparation of financial statements, perform consolidation processes, and support financial reporting activities. The role also involves conducting detailed financial analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Role Description

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial and management reports (P&L, BS, CF), including intercompany reconciliations and consolidated reporting, to deliver accurate insights for leadership.
  • Oversee job costing and SKU-level profitability analysis to optimize production efficiency and cost control.
  • Drive the annual budget and rolling forecast process, ensuring alignment with business targets and financial discipline.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) with clear financial commentary that explains business drivers and supports decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven analysis, financial models, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of working experience in experience in FP&A, management reporting, or business finance
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Accounting and Consolidation processes
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software such as Accurate (preferred), QuickBooks, or Xero, along with advanced Ms. Excel skills
  • Prior experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or production-related industries preferred
