Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA/CPA certification or comparable certification preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of financial accounting (PSAK/IFRS, GAAP if multinational).
  • Background in a Public Accounting Firm (Big 4 preferred).
  • Previous experience working in a public company, especially one with multiple subsidiaries; property/real estate is a plus.
  • Experience in financial statement consolidation (including foreign subsidiaries), intercompany reconciliations, and CALK preparation.
  • Familiarity with reporting to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)/Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) (audit, interim, XBRL, and other supplementary reports).
  • Detail-oriented, communicative (Indonesian & English), able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, problem-solver, and team player.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial statements in accordance with PSAK and IFRS.
  • Provide management reports, financial performance analysis, and support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Consolidate group financial statements (including domestic and foreign subsidiaries) and perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • Prepare audited and interim financial statements, as well as mandatory reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK)/Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (including XBRL and CALK disclosures).
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external and internal auditors for the audit process.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments.
