Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic, fully remote team. This is a full-time, remote position that will require a self-motivated and diligent individual capable of implementing and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial documentation, performing data entry tasks, conducting research on financial institutions, making third-party queries, and supporting a wide variety of finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide seamless administrative support across financial processes, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into financial systems and platforms.

2. Assist in conducting basic financial research, including gathering and evaluating data from financial institutions and external sources.

3. Liaise with third-party companies to address financial inquiries and queries, ensuring all responses are accurate and thorough.

4. Support team members in executing finance-related tasks, including reporting, financial analysis, and documentation management.

5. Maintain a high standard of organization across all administrative processes, ensuring that documents and data are properly maintained and accessible.

6. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across time zones, contributing to a positive remote working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. All communication and documentation will be conducted in English.

3. A critical eye for detail is essential to ensure the accuracy of all work produced.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with financial management software is an advantage.

6. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.

Remote Work: This is a full-time remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere, while upholding a high standard of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Working Hours: Standard working hours are from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Western Indonesia Time - WIB), Monday to Friday. These hours are flexible to accommodate personal needs during the day.

Provided Support: We will provide you with a company laptop for work purposes. Additionally, private health insurance and telecommunication support will be provided to ensure your well-being and efficiency in the role.
