PT Citra Maharlika Lintas Wahana, known as "Lintas Shuttle," was established in 2015 and operates in the transportation service sector. Lintas Shuttle serves the transportation needs of the community by providing shuttle services, rentals, and package deliveries. The company covers operational areas including Bandung, Jabodetabek, Karawang, and transportation to and from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bandung for a Business Development Supervisor. The Business Development Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and developing business strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing business performance. Ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The role also involves contributing to business planning and ensuring that company objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales or marketing, preferably in transportation or shuttle service industry
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
