* Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Kami mencari Staff Business Development yang berpengalaman dan berorientasi pada hasil
untuk bergabung dengan tim kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mencari dan menjalin kemitraan baru, melakukan negosiasi, serta mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan klien
secara outbound (menjangkau brand)
untuk memastikan pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

* Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru melalui riset pasar dan analisis kompetitor.

2. Mencari dan menjalin kemitraan dengan berbagai brand secara outbound untuk meningkatkan jaringan.

3. Melakukan negosiasi kontrak dan kesepakatan dengan klien baru.

4. Mengembangkan dan memelihara hubungan yang solid dengan klien untuk memastikan kepuasan dan retensi.

5. Bekerja sama dengan tim Account Manager untuk merancang strategi pengembangan bisnis yang efektif.

6. Menyiapkan laporan dan presentasi untuk manajemen mengenai kemajuan dan strategi bisnis.

* Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Bisnis, Manajemen Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau bidang terkait.

2. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang business development atau sales, diutamakan di industri digital marketing/agensi.

3. Keterampilan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.

4. Pemahaman menggunakan e-commerce dan riset lapangan untuk menjangkau brand.

5. Berorientasi pada hasil dan memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat.

6. Kemampuan untuk bekerja mandiri dan dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif tinggi.

7. Dapat bergabung segera (November 2025)
