Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang for an Assistant Brand Manager. The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity. Key tasks include conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing brand communications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Strong foundational skills in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign planning
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and consumer insights
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and online advertising
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in content development and proofreading
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in branding within the FMCG or retail industry is a plus
