Kualifikasi Wajib:

  1. Minimal [3-4] tahun pengalaman di bidang Brand Management, Marketing Communication, atau Product Marketing, dengan minimal [2] tahun di tingkat manajerial atau memimpin proyek merek.

  2. Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan Marketing, Manajemen Bisnis, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.

  3. Memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang strategi pemasaran 360 derajat (offline, digital, dan ritel).

  4. Mahir dalam melakukan riset pasar, analisis kompetitor, dan menerjemahkan data menjadi strategi merek yang dapat ditindaklanjuti.

  5. Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang luar biasa, baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).

  6. Proaktif, kreatif, berorientasi pada hasil (target), dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat.
