Marketing & Operations Assistant (Entry Level) | Jakarta (Onsite) | Full-time

Marketing Content Associate
. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
content writing, marketing operations, and software testing
— while learning directly from the founders of a tech company.

Responsibilities:

Content & Marketing Support

  • Research and write marketing copy and blog posts in English and Indonesian.
  • Help organize and prepare content for social media, websites, and internal communication.
  • Create visuals and carousels using Canva and AI tools.
  • Proofread and edit text to ensure clarity, tone, and consistency.

Software & Product Testing

  • Test our software products and report bugs or usability issues clearly.
  • Follow step-by-step QA procedures and document your findings.
  • Assist in preparing internal or user-facing documentation.
    (We'll train you — no technical background needed.)

Operations Support

  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing and operational tasks.
  • Keep projects organized within ClickUp, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Work closely with the founder to execute high-impact initiatives across departments.

Must-haves

  • Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills (especially writing).
  • Detail-oriented — you notice inconsistencies and love getting things right.
  • Comfortable using Canva, Google Docs/Sheets, and Instagram.
  • Curious about startups, digital business, and technology.
  • Female candidates are preferred for this role (due to the nature of detail-oriented tasks).
  • Able to work
    onsite
    in Jakarta Barat.

Highly valued

  • Experience writing blog posts, social media captions, or short-form content.
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, or AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, or automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
  • Experience creating content (reels, posts, videos) for personal or organizational projects.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content organization, or digital campaigns.
  • Comfortable learning new tools quickly — we'll teach you everything else.
