Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to support our Nordics product information websites. You will help create, structure, and maintain high-quality product content, articles, and documentation. The role involves working with manufacturers, ensuring data accuracy, and following our style and quality standards. Nordic language skills are an advantage, but not essential as AI tools can assist.


Responsibilities

  • Structure and update product information according to the Style Guide, NBS standards, and internal guidelines
  • Create, edit, and maintain accurate product content, newsletters, and product-related articles
  • Proofread and moderate content submitted by manufacturer partners
  • Upload, publish, and archive documents and product files
  • Integrate manufacturer revisions and ensure data accuracy on the platform
  • Review associated documents, including certifications and company information
  • Report on content progress and project status
  • Manage shared mailboxes and maintain professional communication
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality
  • Work independently and within the team to meet deadlines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (any major)
  • 2–3 years experience in data entry or similar roles
  • Excellent English writing skills — English is a must
  • Ability to write or understand a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Icelandic) is a strong advantage, but not required
  • High accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to research and summarize information clearly
  • Proficient in basic PC skills (MS Office, internet research)
  • Experience in content writing or journalism is a plus
