About the Company

Temari Holding Sdn Bhd is a growing Malaysian-based company managing multiple F&B brands, including restaurants, steakhouses and kiosks across various locations. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team remotely and support the creative and promotional efforts for our brands. You'll be working closely with our team in Kuching, Malaysia, assisting in campaign execution, social media coordination, and marketing content planning.

Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you will:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for multiple F&B brands.
  • Coordinate social media content schedules and ensure timely posting.
  • Support in creating marketing materials such as posters, menus, and promotional visuals (with the design team).
  • Help gather and analyze campaign performance data and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with outlet teams to ensure promotional consistency and brand alignment.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the Malaysia-based marketing and design teams.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing, branding, and campaign coordination.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Able to travel to Malaysia or other locations when required for company events, photoshoots, or training.
  • As this is a full-time remote position, you must prioritize this job and remain fully committed during working hours.
