Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Marketing Communication Assistant. The role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing social media content, and organizing promotional campaigns. The assistant will also contribute to the creation of marketing materials to enhance brand presence and support sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Creativity and organizational skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing Communications to support brand building and promotional activities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage, Education, or Wellness industries is advantageous.
