Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and organizing travel arrangements. The role also involves maintaining efficient office operations, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing high-level Executive Support
  • Strong understanding of Diary Management and scheduling practices
  • Experience in handling Expense Reports and related documentation
  • Skilled in general Administrative Assistance and support
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Indonesian a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Interest in Padel, sports and lifestyle
